In Herbal Meditation & Breathwork we will use nature, herbal teas, flowers, and/or aromatherapy to enhance and deepen your meditative practice and sharpen your five senses: taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound.
Individual and group classes can be tailored to focus on specific concerns and herbal preference.
*I am happy to offer meditation service without the use of herbal and aromatherapy option, if preferred.*
Yogic Sleep. Some describe yoga nidra as a state “between waking and sleeping” which matches how the “hypnagogic state” may be describe. Take a break from your busy schedule and take a deep dive into this alternative self-care option.

The goal is to awaken the dormant spiritual energy (or coiled serpent) that is believed to reside at the base of the spine. Once the energy awakens it rises through the seven chakras, along the spine, toward an ultimate state of enlightenment.

Take the time to ground yourself with a silent nature walk, then replenish the body and calm the mind with an herbal tea sit. Walkers are welcome to grab a tea and sit.....read a book, listen to music, meditate, or chat.
